Cajeta is a traditional Mexican creation made from Goat’s milk. We cook goat’s milk, brown sugar and a vanilla bean for around 8 hours reducing it down until it becomes a delicious caramel spread.

It can be a sauce. It can be a spread. Slather it with butter on toasted bread. On the healthy side, I’m a great dip for apples and pears. Warmed up it’s delicious on ice cream or Christmas pudding. Heck…just eat it with a spoon!

*Pro Tip: pour your coffee into the jar to get the last bits out to spice up your morning cup of joe
